The Heritage Cremation Society offers a simple prepayment plan that includes everything necessary to complete your final arrangements. The plan includes the biographical information required for completing the death certificate, authorization forms and instructions for carrying out your wishes. At the time of your death, the prepared documents authorize us to perform our services as you have instructed. You or your appointed representative may change any instructions you wish during your lifetime by just contacting our Administrative Office. Once your prearranged plan is complete, our staff will provide you with a laminated personalized ID card. Your card will include our 24-hour On Call Staff phone number.
