William “Bill” R. Gamble Sr. of Akron lost his battle with cancer on May 25, 2016 at the age of 72. He is survived by his children, Valerie Roach, Gisela Papaion, Angel Gamble, Rob Gamble and Babette Gamble.
A memorial service celebrating his life will be held Saturday June 4th at 11:00 am at Goodyear Heights Presbyterian Church, 1430 Goodyear Blvd, Akron, Ohio 44305. Condolences and special memories may be shared online at
