William “Bill” D. Howell Jr.

William “Bill” D. Howell Jr. age 73, of Middleburg Hts. OH, passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2020 after a brief illness.  He was born June 8, 1946 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late William Sr. and Dorothy (Baker) Howell.  He graduated from Willoughby South High School and served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Bill retired from Phillips Electronics and enjoyed golfing, fishing, and hunting in his free time.

He is survived by his step sons Bradford (Stephanie) Psenicka of Strongsville and Jason (Heidi) Psenicka of Chardon; brothers,  Rob (Linda) Howell of Tennessee and David (Sarita) Howell of Euclid; sister, Jackie (Robert) Bohanan of Florida; grandchildren, Morgan, Ashley, Alyssa, and Alexander Psenicka; as well as many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Bill was predeceased in death by his loving wife, Linda Kay (Mook Psenicka); brother, Doug and sister, Donna Howell.
