Walter Riley Mcdougal
Walter Riley McDougal Sr. 78 of Waynesburg Ohio passed away on December 27, 2020. Born on April 3, 1942 in Mannington, West Virginia. Predeceased by parents Archibald McDougal and Ruby Frame ( Bice) , Wives Naomi McDougal and Norabelle McDougal, and Son Walter R. McDougal Jr, Step Son Robert Nyland, and many siblings. He is survived by Daughter Tracee L McDougal and Partner Terry Decker of West Springfield MA, Megan Young and husband Dan Young of Canton Ohio, Brother Lester McDougal, Step Son Ernie Nyland of Louisville Ohio and his children, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was a volunteer Fire Fighter for the Sandy Township Fire Department retiring as the Fire Chief after 25 years. He also retired from Gregory’s in Canton Ohio. He enjoyed camping, fishing, riding motorcycles and working on automobiles.
Services have been held privately with a Memorial to follow in the Summer. In lieu of flowers please make an memorial contribution to the Mohawk Valley Fire Department.
