Vivian E. Reidy

Vivian E. Reidy (Viv, Vicki), 83 of Wooster, Ohio passed away peacefully, in her home, surrounded by her loved ones, after an extended illness. The funeral will be a private ceremony with only close family members present. Vivian was born February 26, 1939 to the late Frederick and Edna Wreden of Cleveland, Ohio where she was born and raised. She had one older sister, Louise. She married Paul A. Reidy in June of 1958 and together they had four daughters and celebrated 64 years of marriage. The girls were raised in Medina, Ohio. Although they moved out of state a couple of times, they have always considered Ohio home and have lived in Wooster over the last 25 years.

She leaves behind her husband, Paul A. Reidy. Three of her daughters, Paula Reidy-Johnson (Jeffrey, deceased) of NC, Andrea Reidy of Medina, and Christine Reidy (J.D.) of Wooster. Her seven grandchildren: Patrick Johnson of NC (wife-Kathleen), Aaron Johnson of NC, Steven Skala of Doylestown (wife-Jennifer), Jennifer Snodgrass of Holmesville (husband-Joshua), Devin Reidy of Medina, Kyle Everett of TX (wife- Hannah), and Daniel Lind of Lodi (wife – Ellyn). Her seven great-grandchildren: Aiden, Ethan, Ava, Grayson, Elianna, Jacob, and Sutton.  As well as many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frederick and Edna Wreden, her sister, Louise Palmer (husband-James), and her daughter, Linda Skala.
