Tori Jo Harriman

October 22, 1979 — May 26, 2024

New Philadelphia

Tori Jo Harriman, 44, of New Philadelphia, passed away Sunday, May 26, 2024 at Mercy Medical Center in Canton.  A daughter of the Late Thomas H. Rogers and Bonnie ( Tony ) Petrullo, she was born at  Riverside hospital in Columbus. Tori was a 1998 graduate of New Philadelphia High School; After graduation, Tori took coursework at Kent State Tusc towards early childhood education. She also was involved in Enlisted Spouses Club at Moody Airforce Base. Tori had an avid interest in fashion and make- up and always enjoyed getting dressed up for the annual Air Force Ball. Tori was very fond of volunteering with the youth activities at the many Air Force Bases she was stationed at. During Tori’s husband’s 3 overseas deployments, Tori kept the household running smoothly. Tori absolutely loved living on a base and making friends with other military families that she treasured dearly. Tori’s current employment was Vision Care Associates in Dover, Ohio where she was loved by all staff and clients. Yet with all these passions, it was her two children that never left her thoughts, and the two people she was most proud of. 

Tori was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Rogers, Grandparents Marge and John Rogers, Her Grandma Jo,  Aunt Pat and Aunt Carole. 

Tori is survived by husband, Doug Harriman whom she married December 9, 2005;  Loving Daughter, Riley Nicole Harriman and son, Thomas (TR) Harriman; Mother, Bonnie (Tony) Petrullo of New Philadelphia and Sister, Tara (Seth) Pringle of California; Her Many other nieces, nephews and family members; her beloved dog, Gus; and her numerous friends throughout the years.

Per Tori’s wishes she requested no services. Tori was an organ donor where, just like her giving spirit, was able to assist numerous people with life saving gifts. Tori wished to be cremated and her remains will be laid to rest at Ohio Western Reserve National Military Cemetery in Seville, Ohio.
