Born August 9, 1977 in Geauga County, Tom lived in Burton and Nelson Ledges before moving to Geneva 33 years ago.
He is survived by his parents Gary and Tina Kundrat; sisters Christin Kundrat and Megan (Kenny) White; niece Mikalyn White; grandparents Bruce and Adonna Zupancic; uncles Paul Kundrat, Charles Zupancic, Joseph (Shannon) Zupancic; aunts Laure (the late Bill) Crowley, Judy Kundrat and numerous cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Paul and Mary Lou Kundrat.
