, 2021. Susan was born to the late Oscar and Florence (Welch) Smart. She liked shopping, checking out yard sales, and cooking out with her family. She had a love for music, especially country music.
Susan is preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Florence (Welch) Smart; her husband, Jeff Burton Sr.; and brothers, Willis and James Wright.
Susan is survived by two children, Jessica Smart of New Philadelphia, Ohio and Tim Smart of New Philadelphia, Ohio; two grandsons, Daniel and Wyatt; her boyfriend/fiancé, Richard Chambers of New Philadelphia, Ohio; and by brothers, sisters, and many nieces and nephews.
