Steven Brian Scarbrough, age 59, a resident of Newcomerstown, passed away on Thursday, August 31st, 2023 at the Truman House after a period of declining health. He was born September 8th, 1963 in Cleveland, Ohio to Claude Scarbrough and Nancy Scarbrough (Cox). He was a man of all trades and took pride in everything he did. He loved helping people.

Steve is survived by his daughter, Stephanie Marie Wheeler and his brothers, Larry Scarbrough, Gary Scarbrough, and Kevin Scarbrough.
