Sharon McMann passed away June 14

, 2022 following an extended illness. She was a graduate of the Aultman College of Nursing. After working for Aultman Hospital in the 1980’s, she accepted a position in the Neonatal ICU at Akron Children’s Hospital, where she worked until she became ill. She is preceded in death by her parents, Dean and Anna McMann of Tippecanoe, OH, and uncle, Forrest Birney of North Canton, OH.
She is survived by nieces, Debbie Stutzman of Delaware, OH; Rhonda Jenkins of Nashport, OH; Elizabeth Bucher of Dover, OH; cousin, Tammie Kendle of Newcomerstown, OH; long-time friends like sisters, Leslie White Bardall (Jay Bardall), Lisa White Knotts (Chuck Knotts), and Deanna White Pulley (Chuck Pulley); and good friends, Clyde and Carol Bartow and family. She loved dogs and almost always had a pet. She loved working with the premature babies and missed it after she became ill. She will be missed by many.
