Rod’s children, Shaun (Nikkea) Cartwright of Dennison, Brandon (Lauren) Cartwright of Uhrichsville and Ashley Cartwright of Canton. In addition to his wife and children, Rod is survived by his siblings, Harold (Lynn) Cartwright of North Carolina, David Cartwright Jr of Tennessee, Perry (Jamie) Cartwright of Ohio, Cynthia (Fred) Dickson of Ohio, sisters-in-law, Tracey Campbell, Candy Knotts, Julie (Bill) Daugherty all of Ohio and Amy Tendziwiatr of Illinois; brother-in-law, Eric Murphy of West Virginia and John Head of Ohio; mother-in-law, Bonnie Lipps from Ohio; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents, Rod is preceded in death by a grandson, nephews, daughter that God named Abby and numerous aunts and uncles.

We got to meet Rod through the Claymont Band. He was always willing to help the band however needed. He will forever be remembered as the truck driver of the band truck. May the lord help your family through this difficult time. Hold onto all the good memories. Sending my thoughts and prayers to all of Rods love ones.
