Rodney Decarlos Billingsley Sr.
Rodney DeCarlos Billingsley Sr. passed away peacefully on May 28, 2019 at Aultman Compassionate Care at Woodlawn, Canton, Ohio. Rodney was born in Atlanta, Georgia to Ernest Billingsley and Lestine Hodge. Rodney moved to Ohio in 1989.
Rodney is survived by a loving fiancée, Patricia Scott; his mother, Lestine (Celest) Rattliffe; five daughters, RaNesha, Anjanae, Desiree, Arissa, and Amaira; his son, Rodney, Jr.; his sisters: Stefani Brock and R’Celena Rattliffe; two brothers, Eric D. Standifer and Marlin Anderson and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ernest Billingsley; both paternal and maternal grandparents, and one brother, Roderick D. Hodge.
