Richard Kirby age 76 of East Canton, Ohio, passed away peacefully Saturday July 2, 2016 after a brief illness. He attended Lincoln High School and was retired from Hammond Construction. He enjoyed woodworking and fishing. Richard served in the United States Army.
He is survived by his wife Judy Kirby, his daughter Chris (Kirby) Barnes and her husband Brett, grandchildren, whom he loved dearly, Tyler Barnes and Taylor Barnes and two brothers, Ron and Marvin Kirby.
In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are planned. There will be a memorial celebration in his honor on July 16, 2016 at 4:00 pm at his daughter’s home, 605 Rodeo St., Louisville Ohio. Condolences and special memories can be shared online at
