Ralph J. Garono

Ralph J. Garono kept his 8 a.m. tee time with Jesus on January 12, 2021.  An avid and talented golfer, Ralph was born on May 5, 1937 in Youngstown, Ohio.  He graduated from Hubbard H.S. in 1955 and attended Western Reserve University before marrying his high school sweetheart, Judy Black.

Ralph was predeceased by his parents, Anthony and Eleanor (Clacko), and two brothers, Henry and Anthony Jr.

Ralph leaves his wife, Judy; three children, Dr. Ralph Garono, Lisa Garono and Col. Nora Garono (ret. US Army); and his little dog, Rocky.  Ralph also leaves two brothers, Bill and Larry, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place and a funeral mass will be celebrated in February with a celebration of life to follow when COVID has ended. Condolences and special memories can be shared with the family online at
