Lora Lea Denton

Lora Lea Denton was born July 15, 1965 in Kansas City Kansas. She loved spending time with family friends and loved ones. In her spare time, she loved crocheting cross stitching quilts and crafting. Lora passed away July 22, 2022 while surrounded by her loved ones.  Lora lived for her family, especially for her children and granddaughters. She cherished the times when she was teaching her granddaughters, whether it was reading, writing ABC’s or learning the rosary and prayers. Lora displayed enormous courage at the end of her life crossing over with no fear and great dignity. Lora will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Lora was preceded in death by her grandparents and parents Charles and Lucille Denton.

Lora is survived by her son,  Adam (Megan) Claypool; daughter, Amanda (John-Todd); granddaughters, Addison, Avery and Alivia; brothers, Charles (Janet),  Jay (Annette), Marty (Stacey),  Gary (Tina); sister, Theresa (Joseph); three aunts and one uncle; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
