Leo M. Brzezinski, age 78, was called home by the Lord on December 13, 2021.
He was the beloved husband of Michele; son of Leo and Clara (deceased); father of Brian Lempner, Kevin Brzezinski, Erin Bumpus, Rachelle Hamer, Lawrence Hamer; grandfather of Marie, Kacy, Benjamin, Gabrielle, Lawrence, Payton, Solomon, and Judah. Brother of Anne Jokkel (Charles, deceased). Cherished Uncle and friend to many.
Leo was very authentic, kind, generous, honest, witty, humorous, and passionate in everything he did. United States Army veteran. Leo retired from University Hospitals Cleveland as a carpenter and supervisor after 39 years of service. In his earlier years he was a trophy winning drag racer. He was an avid hunter and fisherman who loved the outdoors and nature and loved spending time with his family and friends above all else. Through the years, he spent his time with his family on weekends and vacations at Chautauqua Lake in Bemus Point, NY, where he would fish, boat, jet ski, host cook outs, relax and relish the time together with family and friends. His greatest joy in life was his family and his relationship with Jesus Christ.
