Kevin Barry Coughlin, Sr.
Kevin B. Coughlin Sr, passed October 21, 2020 at Louis A. Stokes Veterans Administration Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio.
He was the father of Kevin B. (Deanna Allen Coughlin) Coughlin, Jr., Brendan M. Coughlin, Kristane M. (Scott) Murray and R. Emmett Coughlin; grandfather of Melia, Imeriel, Jeremiah and Aidan Coughlin; son of the late James P., Sr and Mary C. (nee Campbell) Coughlin; brother of the late James P. Coughlin, Jr and wife Geraldine (Hennesy), Patrick R. Coughlin (survived by wife Carol Kilfoyle), Dennis M. Coughlin, Sr. (survived by wife Virginia Gregg), former wife Bridget (nee Brickel), and a nephew; also survived by his sister Joyce M. Flynn and 13 nephews and nieces.
Kevin was a 1960 graduate of St. Edward High School and 1964 graduate of John Carroll University. He served his country as a Lieutenant in the United States Naval Reserve from 1965-1969.
To keep people safe, Kevin requested no services at this time and will be inurned at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, Ohio. Contributions may be made in his name to St. Edward High School, 13500 Detroit Rd. Lakewood, OH 44107.
