Kathryn Yvonne Bozich

Kathryn Yvonne Bozich, 81, of Rittman OH passed away on November 26, 2020. She was born in Los Angeles, CA July 24, 1939 to the late Alexander and Bess Sekley. Yvonne was a missionary with Youth with a Mission and then as an independent minister in Romania for 11 years. She settled back in the Rittman area marrying her beloved Tony and devoting her life to telling everyone she met about Jesus and the also the work He has been doing in her life and will continue to do in theirs. Yvonne retired from Westfield Insurance as an office administrator. Yvonne loved her cats and was a passionate reader, learner, researcher, and facilitator. It was her joy to teach, disciple and just encourage all she came across with God’s amazing Fathering heart. She loved to take in beauty in all forms, from the wonders of nature, travel, craftsmanship of beautiful things as well as the stories of people around her.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Bozich and her stepmother, Anna Sekley.

She is survived by her son Jeff (Dawn) Garoutte and grandchildren, Cameron (Allison) and Kayla Garoutte.

A memorial celebration will take place Sunday, December 6, 2020 at 2:00 p.m., at Cornerstone Chapel 3939 Granger Rd., Medina, OH 44256 In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Samaritan’s Purse
