He was born in Oberlin, Ohio to Mark E. Tucker and Lisa M. Howard (Plato)
Joe attended Lorain County Joint Vocational School and studied Culinary Arts.
He was a Cleveland Browns fan and enjoyed listening to music, spending time in nature, going camping and was a big animal lover.
Along with his parents, Joe is survived by his children, Kamryn Meredith, and Jazmyn Plato; his siblings, Chealsea Tucker, Ju Juan Howard, Alexis Tucker, Jordan Howard, Mark James Tucker, Evan Tucker, Brianna Rich, and Andrew Curruthers; paternal grandparents, James Tucker and Bertha Bryant (Lampkin) and maternal grandparents, Mark Plato and Delphia Hebarand (James).
