Jon, and I were not only colleagues but friends. I spoke to him just a few days before and it is hard for me to believe that is the last time we will ever laugh together. My thoughts and prayers are with his family

You have been through so much physically your whole life. Now you can be pain free. Our relationship has been a wild ride. I will always remember the laughter, the talks, our trip to O.U., and even our fights. But more importantly I will remember the love we always had for each other. So sad to know you are gone but so happy you are at peace. My heart goes out to Laurie and D.J. Prayers for peace and comfort.

My prayers, thoughts and love go out to all of his family and close friends… especially his mom, wife and son. Jon was a priceless friend, irreplaceable and compassionate for all that he stood for and believed in. I thank God for the time I was given to know him and be his friend. I will always cherish my memories and friendship… and one day share the funny stories of Jon to his son Dj, so he knows how proud his dad was of him and how much he was loved. God bless ♥️

Dear Laurie and Family. My name is Kathy Fritz and my brother is Rob Vidovich. I only met Jon a few years ago while spending time with Rob and him on occasion . I could tell right away that he was a true friend to my brother and I’m sure many others. He had a gift for storytelling and was not afraid to let you know his opinion on just about everything. That’s what made him likable.I’m so sorry he has left this world. God Bless you and DJ in this time of sorrow.
