Johnnie Barron

Johnnie Rae Howard Barron of Uhrichsville, Ohio died suddenly after a brief illness on March 15, 2023. Johnnie was born on September 9, 1968 in Dover, Ohio to Tommy E. Barron and the late Cora B. Erwin. He graduated from Indian Valley High School. Jonnie loved operating heavy equipment. He enjoyed making those around him laugh. And should have been a comedian. He loved and often talked about the hunting and fishing trips he and his father (Tom) had done. His latest interest was silver and collecting coins.

He is survived by his loving wife, Jodi Barron; three children; Brittney Pappas, Mitchell (Amy) Barron, Morgan (Cody) Meyer; niece, Katie (Kyle) Pastircak; 8 grandchildren; and his sibling, DeNece (Jim) Thornton.

There will be a private service at East High Avenue Cemetery for immediate family. There will be a benefit on April 23, 2023, 1-5pm at the Tuscarawas VFW 421 N. Main St. Tuscarawas, Ohio. There will be a 50/50, gun raffle and silent auction.
