Johann E Goettl

Johann E. Goettl, 62, passed away surrounded by family and friends, Saturday March 30, 2024.

He was employed by Colonial Machine in Kent as a benchman. Johann loved to DJ at various local bar venues, weddings, graduations and for anyone who requested him and he loved everyone to sing karaoke. Johann had a great voice and loved to sing Johnny Cash songs. He was an avid bike rider and he played in many dart and pool leagues throughout his life.

He was preceded in death by parents, Emil and Anna Goettl; sister, Margarete Rennecker. He is survived by wife of 34 years, Sharon; sister, Gudrun (Gertie) Burse; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

The family will receive friends Thursday, April 11, 2024, 4-7 pm at Paquelet Falk Funeral Home, 303 S. Chapel St., Louisville. In lieu of flowers please donate to your area animal shelter.
