JoAnn E Levan

JoAnn E. Levan age 75 passed away peacefully with her family by her side on June 1, 2024 at Mercy Medical Center. She was born April 27, 1949 to the late Wayne and Elizabeth Jones. JoAnn was a graduate of McKinley High School and Cosmetology in 1968. She then married the love of her life, Guy Levan Jr on June 28, 1969 in North Carolina. JoAnn was a shirt presser at Master Touch Cleaners. The best time of her life was when she spent time with her family, always telling stories and giving the best advice she could.  Most important to her and dad were their grandchildren. They were the love of her of life.
 
JoAnn is survived by her husband of 55 wonderful years, Guy Levon Jr.; son, Andy (Margaret) Levan; daughter, Sherrie (Chad) Glaser; grandchildren, Trevor and Addy Glaser; sister, Joyce (John) Angerer; and many nieces and nephews. 

In addition to her parents, JoAnn was preceded in death by her brother, John (Mary) Jones. 

She will be deeply missed by everyone. In honor of JoAnn, please buy a bird feeder and when the cardinal and blue jays come to eat; know it’s JoAnn saying, “Hi".
