Jerry Lee Pasco, Sr.

Jerry Lee Pasco Sr., age 75, of Alliance passed on peacefully to his Lord on March 30, 2022 ending a courageous year long battle with cancer.

Born on May 25, 1946, the son of the late Harold and Margaret Pasco.

He lived in Alliance all his life graduating from Alliance High School. He then went on to honorably serve as a Marine in Viet Nam. He married the love of his life Shelly Jo Shively on August 2, 1980. Thru the years he enjoyed boating and fishing: he loved his dogs and could make a whole day out of mowing the grass. After more than 25 years, he retired from American Steel and then went on to retire again from West Branch Local Schools, where he loved his job as a custodian. After retirement he enjoyed years of camping, being with friends & family. He loved his time with all his grandchildren. He was a member of Mount Pleasant Baptist Church where he was lovingly encouraged thru out this last year from his church family. He was a member of American Legion Post 0166.

He is proceeded in death by his parents, his son Jerry L Pasco Jr, and sister Diana (Don) Blasiman. He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Shelly, as well as his Daughter Sheri (Tim) Windland, son Tony (Kelly) Pasco and daughter Angie (Vito) Guappone, sisters Sandra (Don) Mclung and Marcia (Rick) Kimble, brothers Steve and Mark (Teri) Pasco, brother in law Bill Shively, 11 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.

Instead of calling hours the family will host a fellowship on Thursday, April 7 2022 at 10:00 am where memories and breakfast can be shared together and a service immediately following at 11:00 am at Mt Pleasant Baptist Church, 4714 Union Avenue Homeworth, Oh 44634. Private burial will follow with full military honors at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, Ohio.
