Ilona “Toots” Locastro (Rakityan) age 79, formerly of Brooklyn, Ohio entered into rest on April 22, 2020.  Beloved wife of the late Vincent E. LoCastro Sr. Loving mother of Carrie (LoCastro) Taylor and Vincent E. LoCastro Jr. (Tomensta “Missy” deceased). Loving Gram of Falon Altizer (Terry Brunger), Lauren Locastro, Angela Green (Joshua) of Cloquet, MN, and Gina Giacomoni (Michael). Adoring Nana of Deven Brunger, Piper & Sammy Green, and Darby & Selah Giacomoni. Loving sister of Yolan Emrisko (Andy) and John Rakityan (Sharyn, deceased) of Myrtle Beach, SC. Loving Aunt Great Aunt and friend to many.
