Born in County Mayo, Ireland son of the late William Britton and Sarah Jane (nee Eakins); beloved husband of the late Alice Sharpe (deceased); father of Lorin Sharpe, Denise (Tim) Stralka, Greg (Shari) Sharpe, Marcy (David) Massingill and Susan (David) McLaughlin; grandfather of Vicki, Heather, Angela, Sarah, Tim, Daniel, Rachael (Dan) Justin, Amanda (Shaun), Douglas (Evelyn) and Danny; great grandfather of 15; Brother of 10.
U.S. Army Veteran of Korean War. Loved music and constantly played his guitar.
