Florence Eliza Hively

It is with great sadness that the family of Mrs. Florence Eliza Hively announce that she peacefully passed away Sunday, April 14, 2019, at the age of 69.

Florence is survived by her husband of 52 years, Eugene P. Hively; two sons, Eugene Hively and Edward Hively; five siblings, Russell McNeal, Orlie “Butch” McNeal, Clara Ward, Mary Shulter and Milly Bruckelmyer, grandchildren, Melissa Lucas, Holly Hively, Samantha Yoder, Robert Pauly, Shyla Hively, Eddie Hively, Brittannie Flint and Adam Rice, great grandchildren, Mason, Jeremiah, Jace, Layden, Robert, Frankie, Nolan, Leo, and Konnor. As well as many other family members. She is preceded in death by her parents, Orlie McNeal and Juanita Miller; two children, Peggy Pauley, and Darla Yoder; grandchild, Reilly Gindlesperger.

Florence was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend. She will be remembered and wholehearted missed by her family who she raised and supported through all walks of life.

There’s no denying that time spent at Florence’s house was a special time with memories of chit chat and her spoiling her great-grandchildren.

As per her wishes, there will be no services. All who wish to honor her life are invited to hang a bird feeder this summer at their home and post memories or final words on her Facebook page.
