Elsie M. Bell, (nee-McClure), passed away Saturday, August 29, 2015.
She was born January 28, 1941 in Indiana, Pennsylvania to the late Edward and Imogene (nee-Fleming).
Elsie worked as a Nurse’s Aid at North Westerly in Lakewood for many years, before retiring and moving to Ashtabula County.
She loved spending time with her grandchildren, and going grocery shopping, and collecting birds.
She is survived by her children, Lavinia Rife (the late Jack), Darla, and Tim (April) Bell. Grandchildren, Katlyn and Kendall, Diane (Clifford) Sweinhagen, and Clifton (Dawn) Rife. Great Grandchildren, Alayna, Derrick, Lilly, Caleb, and Selah. Siblings, Ronnie (Gloria) McClure, Barb (Rich) Potts, Fran (Raymond) Smeltzer, Danny (Carol) McClure, Imagene (Jim) Thomas, Donnie McClure, Nancy (Bob) Palmer, Timmy (Mary) McClure, Linda (Ken) Potts, Bonnie (Jim) Gallo, Marc (Cheryl) McClure, and Valerie (Doug) Beieda, and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ken Bell in 2012, and brothers, David McClure and James McClure.
A Memorial Service will be held at Brownsville Cemetery on Dodgeville Road in New Lyme Township, OH. on Sunday, September 6, 2015 at 2:00 P.M.
A Celebration of Life will be held immediately following the service at the Eagles Club, 6210 Route 85, Andover, Ohio 44003.
