Deon Joseph Cooper

Deon Joseph Cooper (53) passed away April 8, 2023. He battled many years with addiction and mental illness. He fought to become sober, but unfortunately the disease was too strong and took the man we once knew.

Joe loved his family, animals, football, and concerts more than anything. He has rescued many animals throughout his life and shared that love with his kids.

Preceded in death by his mother, Kathryn “Kathy” Frank and father, Richard L. Frank.

Joe is survived by his daughter, Kaylin Moustaris; son, Joseph Cooper; and brothers, Richard A. Frank, Dale (Jill) Frank, and Terry Frank.
