Debra Ann Collins age 66, of Brooklyn, Ohio, passed away Monday, February 15, 2021.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Virginia and Robert, and brother, Bob.
Debra leaves sister, Cherie (David) Forst; nieces, Nicole (Devin) and Rachel; great niece, Ava; many close friends, Beth (Mark), Linda, Cathy, Lynne, Cindy, Pat, Bill, and many “Friends of Bill”.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to Western Reserve Ames Hospice 30080 Hospice Way Westlake, Ohio 44145, or to Edna House 2007 West 65th Street Cleveland, Ohio, 44102. A memorial service will be held at Franklin Circle Church 1688 Fulton Road Cleveland, Ohio 44113 on July 10, 2021 at 10:00 AM.
