Darrell A. Broz, 73, passed away January 16, 2020.
He was born in Cleveland to the late John and Olga (nee-Bodak) Broz.
Darrell was a U.S. Army Veteran and served in the Vietnam War. He received 2 Bronze Stars with Gold Clusters.
He is survived by a daughter, Laura Grieb; step children, Eric Sullivan, Kimberly (Deetz) Justice-Rapasy-Essi, Dylan Essi; a brother, Rick Broz and 11 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a step son, Jimmy Deetz; a brother, John Broz, Jr and a sister, Bonnie Verlie.
The family will receive friends and neighbors Saturday, February 15, 2020 from 2:00 – 6:30 pm at the American Legion Post 703, 7667 York Road, Parma, Ohio 44129 (please enter through the patio entrance).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Northeast Ohio SPCA Shelter and Clinic, 9555 Brookpark Rd., Parma, Ohio 44130 or the Wounded Warriors Project c/o American Legion Post 703, 7667 York Road, Cleveland, Ohio 44129.
