Dan Neil Juchnowski
Dan Neil Juchnowski passed on June 24 2019 in Berea, Ohio. He was born on May 12, 1956 and lived his childhood on a quiet street West 12th and Castle in the Tremont neighborhood. He was a happy young man that loved his family, driving his 1976 Pontiac Grand Prix, lionel trains and music.
Son of the late Chester Joseph Juchnowski and Mary Roslin Walaszek. Mary and Chester had four sons and a daughter; Dennis Chester (Stella), Edward Joseph (Bernadine), Larry Allan (Marie), Dan Neil, and Susan Juchnowski Mitchell (Wayne).
Dan was a church oriented person throughout his life and welcomed
St. Adalbert Church of Berea
for their wonderful support and fellowship during the latter part of his life. Dan’s family would like to extend our gratitude to those that cared for Dan especially the staff at

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Dan’s name to St. Adalbert Church, 66 Adalbert Street, Berea, Ohio 44017.
