Corinna Payne

Corinna Payne age 55 of Garrettsville, Ohio passed away on April 13, 2023 surrounded by her family.  She was born on October 7, 1967 in Cleveland, Ohio.

Corinna has been a caretaker since the day that she was born.  She always put others’ needs above her own and was the most selfless person you could ever meet.  She played a critical role in helping raise her sister so much so that her sister felt comfortable in having Corinna raise her only son since he was 3 years old.

Corinna helped mold her sister’s son into the great man he has become.  She was the most caring and supportive mother for which one could wish.

In addition to helping raise both her sister and her sister’s son, she provided caretaking services to other family members and friends when they were in need.  Her life was truly one of service to the ones she loved.

Corinna was a devout Christian and followed the word of our Lord and Savior.  When she was not trying to help others, she was soaking in the words of and living in the glory of our Lord.

She is survived by her husband, Ronald Payne, father, James ‘Ed’ Jones, son/nephew Joshua Jones, and many other aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Corinna was preceded in death by her mother, Carolyn ‘Carol’ Jones and sister, Christina Jones.
