Christina Marie Henderson
On Monday April 6th Christi Henderson passed away from a stroke at the young age of 42 with her husband Erik at her side.
She was the beloved daughter of Harry “Joe” Coniam (deceased) and Barbara Coniam. She is survived by her loving husband, mother, sister Kim Coniam, brother Scott Coniam, his wife Hui, and their daughter Ellie, as well as a multitude of loving Aunts, Uncles, cousins, and extended family.
She was a lover of all things “geeky” like anime and sci-fi. She enjoyed reading, art, video games (especially JRPG’s), and music. She also really enjoyed playing with her pets (cat Misty and dog Zelda) gardening, and working with her flowers.
This stroke comes after a series of illnesses such as Diabetes, Depression, and previous strokes. She strove every day not to let those illnesses define her and always appreciated her friends and family for their understanding as she worked on those issues.
A Memorial Service will be planned at a later date once we no longer have to “social distance” ourselves. In lieu of sending flowers at this time, we ask that you plant some flowers in your own homes/gardens instead, so that others can share their beauty and enjoy them as Christi did.
