Charles Wheeler

Charles Franklin Wheeler, age 73, a resident of Newcomerstown, passed away on Friday, June 9, 2023 at Riverside Nursing and Rehabilitation Center after a period of declining health.    He was born on August 4, 1949 in Akron, Ohio to Harry Franklin and Sarah Elizabeth (Barnes) Wheeler.  He joined the Navy during Vietnam. Leaving with an honorable discharge. Eventually he moved to North Carolina for a few years before moving back to Ohio’s Newcomerstown Coshocton area where he enjoyed watching TV and tending to his garden.

Charles is survived by his children, Charles Daniel Wheeler, Christopher Cody Wheeler, Steven Andrew Wheeler, and Beth Ann (Morrison) Propps.
