Carrie Nicole Conrad

Carrie Nicole Conrad passed away on April 24, 2022 in a tragic car accident in Massillon, Ohio. As surely as our world became dimmer, heaven became much brighter when you walked into your earthly and Heavenly Fathers’ arms. Carrie loved fiercely. She brought her beautiful smile, contagious laughter and joy to all those who were privileged to know her. A mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and friend; Carrie was a blessing to all who knew her. She was best friends with everyone. That was her heart. She was pure love! She graduated in 1995 from Minerva High School. She was employed in accounts receivable at Ambaflex. She enjoyed reading books, dancing, camping, campfires with family and friends and went on special cruises in the country with her daughter, Izzy where they would ‘crank up’ Izzy’s favorite music. And Carrie loved going to her kids’ ball games and was their biggest fan!

Carrie is survived by her daughter, Izzy Warth and son, Owen Warth; brother, Joe (April) Conrad; mother, Leigh Conrad; boyfriend, Chad Williams and his daughters, Katelyn and Madison Williams; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; her best friends, Matt & Nicole Schoeppner, who were always there for Carrie and her whole family. Matt was her ‘brother from another mother’.

Preceding her in death was her father, Randy Conrad, her fraternal grandparents, Richard and Mary Conrad and maternal grandmother, Neljean Markham; her beloved uncles and cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 7th at the Minerva VFW. It will be an open house for family and friends from 5-8 pm. All of Izzy and Owen’s friends and parents are welcome and encouraged to come.  Carrie, you will forever be missed! Our hearts will mend when we meet again, in our Father’s Heavenly Kingdom. Condolences and special memories of Carrie may be shared with her loved ones online at
