Betty Jo Patton
Betty Jo Patton, 68, passed away November 25, 2020 at Jackson Ridge, Canal Fulton following a short period of illness. Born January 16, 1952 in Stigler, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of the late Ruth Cowgar and Floyd Patton. Betty had medical issues most of her life but was known for her quick wit, kindness, and big heart.
In addition to her parents, Betty is preceded in death by her brother, Otis Ray Patton and sister, Mary Lynn.
Surviving are sisters, Patricia (Jerry) Babarcik and Catherine Cowgar; brother, William (Joyce) Cowgar; nieces and nephews, Jennifer Ross, Heather Baker, Susan (Rob) Bieterman, Joe Babarcik, Randy Patton, Otis Ray Patton Jr., Dave Beeson, and Dan Beeson; and longtime friend, Pamela Barr, who was like a sister to Betty.
In keeping with Betty’s wishes there will be no services and cremation arrangements are being handled at Heritage Cremation Society of Louisville.
