Bethany A. Hackett, (nee-Daugherty), 76 of Avon Lake passed away Friday, November 15, 2019.
Survivors include her sons, Jeremy (Margie), Jason (Cindy) and Jeff (Becky); 5 grandchildren; a sister, Pam Singer (Butch).
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Carol (nee-McClellan) Daugherty.
A Memorial Service will be at 6:30 pm Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at Avon Lake United Church of Christ, 32801 Electric Blvd., Avon Lake.
