Barbara Kyser
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Barbara Kyser on December 27, 2022 in Canal Fulton, Ohio. Born on February 23, 1943, in Gorlitz, Germany. She came to the United States in 1966. In 1974, she proudly became a US citizen. Her favorite people called her Oma.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Ida Tschacher and son-in-law, Gary Parks.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Richard Kyser; children, Barb(John) Clements of South Carolina, Debra Parks of North Carolina and Michael (Debbie) Kyser of Canal Fulton; grandchildren, Adams (Tiffany) Clements, Landis Parks, Amanda Clements, Dustin (Haley) Moore; great-grandchildren, Vanessa Hudson, Annabelle, Elizabeth, Rowan and Onyx.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Traditions Health, 577 Grant Street, Akron, Ohio 44311. The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the wonderful nurses and staff who assisted with Barbara’s care. Condolences and special memories of Barbara can be shared with her family online at
