Larry Dean Tooker
Larry Dean Tooker, 85, of Canton, passed away December 26, 2021, in his home following a brief illness. He was born July 14, 1936, in Canton to the late Robert and Vera (Crowl McGhee) Tooker. Larry retired from MDI Aerovalve, Inc with 42 years of service and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia J. Tooker; brother, Grant Heisler; sisters, Nelda Johnson, Virginia Hall, Wanda Sanford. He is survived by son, Shane Tooker of Kansas; daughter, Michelle Tooker Geiser of Canton; grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
A Memorial Service will be held Friday, February 18, 2022. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until service begins at 3:00 p.m. at Canton Baptist Temple in the Henniger Ministry Center, with Rev. Jake Tovissi officiating. Interment will be held at a future date at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
