Losing a loved one is never easy and during this time of uncertainty, we at Heritage Cremation Society remain devoted to keeping things Simple, Sensible and Affordable.
Taking care of families is at the center of everything we do. If during this time of uncertainty, you experience the unfortunate loss of a loved one, and you are not comfortable meeting in person; we offer the option of completing all the necessary arrangements electronically, including all required signatures and authorizations. We can also schedule an appointment to meet in the comfort and privacy of your home.
What we’re doing to earn your trust and keep you safe during these times:
Heritage Cremation Society is adhering to guidelines recommended by the CDC and the Ohio Department of Public Health. At this time, all services will go on as scheduled, unless a family or venue requests to reschedule.
We anticipate that attendance at services will decrease due to the public awareness. We do ask that those at risk or those not feeling well stay home and reach out to the family via our memorial page. If you are attending services, please follow the CDC guidelines. Click here for more information.
We are practicing social distancing and are following CDC recommendations to prevent the spread of illness and we encourage you to do the same:
- Maintain a distance of approximately six feet from others when possible
- Wash your hands frequently with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, mouth, and unwashed hands
- Cover your coughs and sneezes with your arm or inner elbow
- Avoid close contact with sick people
- Stay home when you are sick or not feeling well
We continue to clean our facilities and equipment daily and have implemented the strictest disinfection practices for high-touch surfaces.
As always, we are available 24-hours a day to serve you or to answer any questions you may have.
In the meantime, be safe and stay healthy,
John and Frances Falk and the entire Heritage Cremation Society Family
