See What Ohio Families Say About Heritage Cremation Society

My family and I were extremely pleased with Heritage Cremation Society. We found that, from our initial meeting with them to our final interaction, every employee treated us with patience, respect and compassion. Making the right plans to do what our loved one had wanted was something that was very important to us to do right and Heritage provided us with the information and guidance that helped us every step of the way. Also, they continually kept us updated with information on the progression of the process which we greatly appreciated. We were encouraged to call with any additional questions or concerns we had at any time. The final interaction with a member of the Heritage staff was the bringing of our loved one’s remains to our home. Beverly was kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable. She took the time to answer every question we had and, again, encouraged us to call with any questions. I will be choosing Heritage to take care of my final wishes and I encourage others to do likewise. The knowledge that the Heritage folks will be the ones dealing with my loved ones at the time of my death is very comforting to me.

Gail Coleman

My daughter’s friend suggested Heritage. They were so professional, efficient and kind. They made the whole process easier than we could have ever imagined at such a difficult time. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Carol S.

Truly the Lords hand blessed us with calling Heritage, such professional, kind and sweet group that goes above and beyond with care, dignity and grace. Appreciate all the support and care our family and loved one received. Forever grateful for you.
