Theresa “Terrie” Lynn McManus, 62, of Bolivar, Ohio passed away in the early morning hours of Wednesday, September 18, 2019, at New Dawn Retirement Center after a short fought second battle with cancer.

Terrie was born July 20, 1957 in Youngstown, daughter of Hugh and Shirley Long Lynn. She was a 1975 graduate of Liberty High School in Youngstown, Ohio and spent the next few years serving in the U.S. Army as a finance specialist stationed in Fort Benjamin Harrison, IN. Later, she attended Youngstown State University. She will be deeply missed and remembered for her great sense of humor.

Theresa is survived by her 5 children, Dan (Kelly) Joseph of Uniontown, Kelly Beaber of Sugarcreek, April McManus of Dover, Eric (Carli) McManus of Mayfield Heights and Alan McManus of Solon; her 5 grandchildren, Nick, Kyle, Anna, Katelyn, and Brooke; and her siblings, Tim Lynn of Girard, Tracy (Eric) Mercier of Vienna, VA and Debbie (Henry) Frye of Clermont, FL and many nieces, nephews, cousins and long-time friends.

She is preceded in death by the love of her life, Chris Kub, her mother, Shirley Lynn and her father, Hugh Lynn.

Family and friends are invited to attend A Celebration of Life which will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the American Legion, 11 High Street, Girard, Ohio 44420.

    My deepest sympathy to Terrie’s family. I had the privilege of working with Terrie at United Airlines. What a wonderful, happy go lucky spirit she had. I always enjoyed our conversations. May she RIP. Prayers to all.

      She taught me how to win playing tickets,lol. We didn’t win much but we always had a great time. We hit it off the first time we started talking at Bolivar Army-Navy. She will be missed and thought of kindly by me. Later my friend 😇😇❤️
