Sandra Marie (Gardner) Chaffin
Sandra Marie (Gardner) Chaffin, 81, of Stow, OH, died peacefully surrounded by family on October 2, 2019. Born August 31, 1938, Sandra is preceded in death by her parents Lawrence (Harry) Gardner and Jenny (Imburgia) Burosky.
She is survived by her husband, Robert F. Chaffin Sr.; children, Michele (Edward) Moore, Suzanna (Vernon) Condon, Cheryl (Mark) Eckley, Renee (Steve) Adkins, Robert (Naoma Hess) Chaffin Jr., Cynthia (Michael Ridgely) Raneri and Diane (Richard) Kostal; sisters, Karen Hippley, Patricia Sonagere, Jacquelyn Montgomery and April George; 19 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins.
Sandra worked in a clerical capacity most of her life and retired from Beneficial Financial. She enjoyed spending time with her family, and anything related to Cleveland – especially the sports teams!
A memorial mass is scheduled for Saturday, October 26, 2019, at 11 am at Holy Family Parish, 3179 Kent Road, Stow, OH with Father Kevin Klonowski officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family is suggesting donations to the Alzheimer’s Association or SUMMA Hospice. Condolences can be shared with the family online at https://www.heritagecremationsociety.com/.
