  3. Sue Slates says:

I want to express my sympathy to the family. Lisa was an old friend of mine that I met when Ashley was playing on the Perry Roster ball team. My deceased daughter, Alex, joined the team after having playing on the Richville team. There Lisa & I made a ‘friend’ connection, and we continued that thru Ashley’s and Alex’s travel ball team. Lisa was a fun person to be around. Her ‘oh, hell no!’ has made it’s way into my conversation from time to time. She loved her children so much. I wish I would have kept up our friendship after Alex passed. But there are none that have remained my friend after Alex died. They have their own lives to lead, and I hope happy ones. The memories I have of her will forever be with me. Ashley is and will always be a part of our family. I know Lisa’s children will always have her with them. My dear friend, Lisa, your life made an impact on me that I will never forget. Family, take care! Love to all.

So sorry Ashley and Jon to hear of your mother passing. It will be such a hard road to travel without her but you and Jon are very strong and will carry on. You two were her everything and she will be by your side and in your heart all the time. Just talk to her and she will be listening to every word. She will be watching every move you make and have a smile on her face. Love you two and miss you. Take good care of her grand babies because I’m sure they were a big piece of her heart!
