Hi Grandpa! It is still hard to believe that you are gone. Every holiday and birthday you were there. Things sure won’t be the same now. Thank you for being the best grandpa in the world and loving me completely and unconditionally. I am so lucky to have so many memories with you and grandma. I will treasure every single one. I will always think of you anytime I hear music, see a train or see someone wearing a cardigan sweater like the ones you always wore. Thank you for taking the time to play music with me and celebrating all of my accomplishments throughout my life. Your love was always felt. I know that you are up in heaven with aunt Ethel and my Jakey listening to some jazz music and watching over all of us. Don’t worry about grandma! We will take care of her from here on out! Ill see you again someday. Rest easy my papa! Love always your Sammie
