L. D. “Skip” Smith
L.D. “Skip” Smith was born January 20, 1946 and passed away July 13, 2018 at the age of 72. Skip was a retired truck driver and enjoyed his animals and karaoke with friends and family.
He is survived by his wife, Cathi; daughters, Michelle (Chris), Laura and Denese (David); son, Mark; brothers, Willie, J C (Nelta), James (Ester) and Wayne (Judy); sisters, Barbara (Lester) and Jean; seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; numerous nephews and nieces and special brother-in-law, Gaylord Mlsna.
He is preceded in death by his father, Willie; mother, Notie; son, Eric, six brothers and five sisters.
In keeping with his wishes, no public services are planned.
